- What happens
- Wake up, eat, move. Then gym, stretch, sauna.

9:45 AM
2 of 6. GET YOUR HEAD RIGHT.
- What happens
- Shower, read, eat again. Picture the day: the conversations, the pushback, the outcomes. Pack your kit. Leave at 10:45, on time.
- What it takes
- Skip this and you show up distracted.
11:00 AM
3 of 6. TEAM MEETING.
- What happens
- Show up and take part.
- What it takes
- It’s not downtime. You’ll use what you hear within the hour.
12:30 PM
4 of 6. IN THE FIELD. 30 DECISION MAKERS.
- What happens
- You’re in the field by 12:30, no later. You’ll talk to 30 decision makers a day, on your feet all day.
- What it takes
- Most of them will try to shut you down. You get one short snack break around 4:00, under 15 minutes, then you go back out.
10:00 PM
5 of 6. HOME. JOURNAL.
- What happens
- Home no earlier than 10. Eat, journal, plan tomorrow. Lights out at 11.
- What it takes
- Rest is part of the work. You can’t keep this up without it.
SIX DAYS A WEEK
6 of 6. YOU’LL HIT WALLS. THAT’S THE POINT.
- What happens
- Six days a week will test you. You’ll hit walls, and we help you get past them.
- What it takes
- This isn’t hustle culture. It’s discipline culture. And it’s only six weeks, on purpose. Before you deploy, you get two weeks of recruit training in San Antonio.
