Legal.

Selection is by application. Nothing on this site is an offer of work or a guarantee of any role. Every applicant is considered on the application, and any engagement is subject to a separate written agreement.

Independent contractors. Field roles are engaged as independent contractors under a written agreement that sets out the relationship, the standard and the compensation. The agreement is the only document that defines those terms.

No earnings claims. Compensation depends on the individual, the market and the work. This site makes no representation of what anyone has earned or will earn, and any figure you hear from a recruiter is that recruiter’s statement, not ours, unless it is in your written agreement.

Ranks and advancement. The ranks described on this site are how the program is organised. Advancement is governed by the program’s written doctrine and is not guaranteed.

Equal opportunity. We consider applicants without regard to race, colour, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, veteran status or any other characteristic protected by law.

Prior agreements. It is your responsibility to confirm that engaging with Militia does not violate any non-compete, non-solicitation or other agreement you have signed elsewhere.

Militia is a sales and performance organisation. The military imagery on this site, including the rendered rifle and night-vision equipment, is brand art. No firearm is used, issued or required in any role. The imagery is not a description of the work.

These terms govern purchases made through militia.ai for Drop 001 and the Militia Mystery Box. By placing an order you agree to them. Checkout and payment are handled by Shopify.

Shipping

Drop 001 ships within the United States only. Shipping is a flat $4 per order, added at checkout.

Drop 001 (Blackout Waffle L/S). Orders are processed after the drop window closes. Estimated fulfillment is 2–4 weeks from order date. You’ll receive tracking by email once your order ships.

Mystery Box. The Mystery Box is made to order and ships in 2–3 weeks. It opens for a limited 24-hour window after Drop 001 sells out. Contents are randomized from the mystery set; your chosen tier helps determine what ships. You request a size at checkout, which we fill when available. Delivery is unmarked.

Risk of loss passes to you on delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for carrier delays. Incorrect addresses entered at checkout may delay or forfeit delivery.

Returns — all sales final

Drop 001 is a limited, one-time issue of 44 units with no restock. All sales are final. No returns, exchanges, or cancellations.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos, and we’ll make it right (repair, replacement while supplies last, or refund at our discretion). The Mystery Box is also final sale and is not eligible for return or exchange.

Email updates

When you request clearance or join a waitlist on militia.ai, you provide your email address and consent to receive marketing and drop-related email from MILITIA. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Email frequency varies with drops and restocks, and you can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email. We do not run an SMS marketing program for the store. By opting in you confirm you are 18 or older.

Store privacy

For orders we collect your email, name, and shipping/payment details to process the order and to send updates and marketing you’ve opted into. If you enter a phone number at checkout, we use it only for order and delivery matters. We share this with Shopify (checkout and payment processing, including Apple Pay and Venmo; we never see or store your full payment details), our email provider, and shipping carriers. We do not sell your personal information. You may request access to or deletion of your data by contacting us.
