- How to read it
- You get paid on accounts that get serviced. Our operating partners service our accounts within 48 hours. The dollars below are per account.
- Under $44K (rookies start here)
- You keep 44%. $154.
- $44K to $94K
- You keep 50%. $175.
- $94K to $154K
- You keep 56%. $196.
- $154K to $229K
- You keep 62%. $217.
- $229K to $324K
- You keep 68%. $238.
- $324K to $440K
- You keep 74%. $259.
- $440K and up
- You keep 80%. $280.
- Your rate
- It’s set by your best year of production, and it never goes down.
2 of 3. HOW YOU GET PAID.
- Up front
- Every two weeks, on the accounts that got serviced.
- The backend
- About six months later, give or take, depending on the operating partner. It’s paid on accounts that make it past the five-month lock-in.
- The rate stays
- Every account keeps the rate it was sold at, up front and backend.
- Cancels
- If a customer cancels before the five-month lock-in, there’s no backend on that account.

- You earn too
- Recruit bubbas, and you earn when they sell. That’s on top of what you keep from your own accounts.
- How big
- Militia is lean. We pay well. Our overrides are just as crazy as our commission.
